Hi. your return was automatically accepted by ebay, you was given a return label for this. you didnt return the item to us within the 30 days. after 36 days, you demanded a refund, which we STILL accepted. you then demanded a refund, saying your item had been returned at your own expense (we paid for a tracked return, which you didnt use), you had no proof of this return, and we never received the item back. we messaged you 4 times to resolve the problem, and you ignored every message.

Had the kettle for three weeks and it is used several times each day. Noticed today that the Russell Hobbs logo and text that is present on one side of the kettle now seems to be partly smeared downwards. A gentle rub with a finger has removed the smeared areas to leave a logo and the word Russell, Hobbs has gone.
