The mask that I received was definitely not the one I believed I'd ordered. I explained this to the seller, sending screenshots I'd taken when I ordered. As it wasn't what I believed I'd purchased and was certainly not suitable, I explained this and that I wished to return it for a refund. But the seller was not willing to resolve this or provide a refund. Note that the first image was what I ordered and the second is what I got.

I ordered 2 Venus flytrap plants for £12.48. Was emailed to say 100 seeds were to arrive in May.( received 20th.April.) HOWEVER I did not want these and emailed back IMMEDIATELY to cancel and ask for a refund (after the email).I want a refund and for details on how to return the seeds(they won't flower for 5 YEARS) but have come up against a brick wall.
