  Ordered on a Friday and arrived 10 days later on a Monday in the UK, with lots of updates from fedex. Arrived in perfect condition and it was well packaged. Seller answered all my questions quickly. Guitar was exactly as described. No complaints and would order again if I had to! If you’re after a guitar you can’t find in the UK definitely use this page! If anyone in the UK is reading I did have to pay import tax but it wasn’t a massive fee, but this has nothing to do with the seller!

  Came in an incredibly well wrapped package, like bubble wrapped, paper wrapped, boxed and then enveloped. Sealed original packaging without any damage. Item is brand new and perfect as described.   Item was in perfect condition as described, securely wrapped in bubble wrap, then placed in well-taped cardboard packaging, then placed in the FedEx bag, which was also taped securely! The images were accurate and the seller contacted me to thank me for my order and again when the package was shipped. The courier did a fantastic job as well. I am delighted with my experience with this seller and could not ask for more, especially when ordering an item from the other side of the world!
