It was a completely different product, indicating either a gross misrepresentation or a blatant scam.     To send the wrong item to the buyer - 100% does not mean being a blatant scam or misrepresentation as it is stated in the feedback. The buyers should treat the sellers with more respect as they are given an opportunity to buy the second hand items much more cheaper than new ones in any shop. As I've been guided by an eBay representative everyone is able to share their experience. Me, as a seller, have done so.
