  Item was delivered not as described (wrong colour), and then I was unable to receive a replacement/refund as the seller ignored and then lied to me. Detail: I raised the initial issue with the seller, who was initially unresponsive, then promised to send a replacement. They did not do this though, and instead waited for the 30 day money back window to end and then tell me it's not their problem anymore.

  buyer was unhappy because he wanted to match a colour he already had from somewhere else. buyer was advised he could return or have a replacement sent but replacement would be same colour as previously sent. buyer became aggressive and threatening. buyer did not want to return item or have a replacement but wanted a refund and to keep the item. I advised this wasn't an option. never heard from buyer again until this feedback.

  Although the item I ordered didn't arrive (it was low cost and not sent tracked), they were more than happy to refund me without quibbling. That's the sign of great customer service and I appreciate it. Would buy again from them.

  Didn't arrive, told eBay they sent it but used the tracking code of another order and I had to battle for my refund from eBay. No communication. Other products were exactly as described but this experienced let the seller down. I understand being busy, but if you forget to send the item the responsibility is on yourself to at least communicate. I hope this was a one off.

  item was sent - you cannot use a tracking number from a different transaction - ebay block that. buyer is adamant, even though Royal Mail have provided photo evidence of delivery and GPS co-ordinates of delivery to buyers address, that he did not receive. Advised to lodge this as mail theft with Royal Mail but wouldn't do that. Ebay gave buyer a courtesy refund.

  How you deal with a buyer when someone goes wrong says more about you that when things go well. Only one item arrived. Asked seller to send a replacement. No reply so I contact via eBay, seller replied immediately and lied that a replacement had been sent. 6 days later, seller updates the tracking with the original package details. No replacement, seller has opened a case presumably to keep the £6. Would recommend buying elsewhere.

  it is unfortunate that their are such buyers allowed on this platform. Tracking (YA110283370GB) clearly shows delivered. We picture all orders prior to shipment so can prove all items included. When buyer was advised of this they became aggressive and rude. There needs to be some recourse for buyers like this but alas at this time there is not and these types of buyers will continue to harm business in this way.
