From small beginnings trading out of a garage, initially as nandpproducts, Garden Store Direct has crossed many hurdles along the way and now boasts approximately 150,000sqft of warehouse space in Weeton and Blackpool, Lancashire.
Trading for just under 10 years, primarily on eBay and Amazon .Our ultimate goal is to add a showroom space to our portfolio, but for now, we are online only, ready to help at a click of a button!

excellent communications from seller & very helpful, however the courier service is probably the worst I've come across, the tracking number was about as useful as a chocolate tea pot & eventually delivered 3 days late to the wrong house, it's only by chance that i noticed the box with the picture of item on the side placed against the front door of a house 2 doors away, definitely need to use a better courier rather than xpd.

The first bench arrived damaged and this happened due the rough handling of the large box, the bench was not well packaged inside to help prevent such damage occurring. After contacting the seller, they happily replaced the bench and this time the bench was well protected inside the box. Hopefully going forward the seller will now wrap all future bench purchases with this added protection, to save the customer inconvenience and also to help save the company wasted expense.
