The Lionel postwar army switcher was in great condition. It was greased and oiled. Nice! Armature was dirty. I greased and cleaned the armature. I tested it on the test track. Works great now.   Item was delivered elsewhere, got an immediate refund. BUT ups said it was an Amazon package & Amazon had no record of the tracking info. Seller never explained anything. Buyer beware. They are probably a drop shipper and you can get what you are looking for elsewhere for a better price.
