  The item arrived but the screen had been damaged in transit. Other than the damage to the screen the TV appeared to be as described by the seller. The TV had been packaged in a box suitable for the size of the item but with insufficient protection for the screen. I contacted the seller to arrange a return and this was achieved seamlessly , the buyer also covering the cost of the return. I received a full refund.
