    When the item arrived, there were a couple of issues: it appeared to be in Shein packaging, but it came from a supplier that was using it, and not Shein itself. The other issue was the size was incorrect. Fortunately the seller was quick and reactive and gave a partial refund for the gloves as I was keeping them - too much hassle to return for the sake of a few quid. Overall not the best experience but definitely handled super well.

    Seller explained that it wasn't a drop ship but the gloves are dispatched from suppliers using generic or the same packaging as Shein. It does have Chinese factory info on the packet, and I realised there's no Shein order paper inside so I believe that they are telling the truth and I made an error on the original feedback. The gloves were also the wrong size (ordered L, received M), but the seller gave me a partial refund as I'd decided to keep the gloves (too much faff to return!).
