Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints. Based on this experience I would recommend this seller.

The company responded quick and accepted my return request so I will be re-ordering again and I will include images of the new one I get. Amazing customer service, the sellers are very helpful!

If this shipped in the original box, I'd have thought they accidentally sent me a new laptop. Shipping box was packed well, and even though the seller didn't directly respond to my message requesting a prompt shipping, they did ship it the same day. So no complains there. TL;DR: Arrived in great condition, looking pristine. Seller shipped it fast!

The reality is sometimes things need to be returned, it isn’t always the sellers fault or it could be an innocent mistake but what matters to me is how the seller handles the situation. I requested an exchange or refund and was granted it without question, sent a prepaid shipping label and refunded immediately upon the items return. As such, despite having an issue with my product I would purchase from this buyer again.
