  For some unknown reason the wrong item was shipped, I contacted them and enclosed photos of what had been sent. The company replied very promptly and issued a refund with EBay, which I have now received and reordered the item. All done very politely and promptly. Would recommend this company as they are easy to deal with.

  Arrived on time looking at the picture when ordering visor looked really dark when it arrived its not very dark. And it's came from China which for the price is very disappointing.

  Although it feels like you have left feedback that was meant for a different item you bought, just like to clarify a few things before this misleads anyone. It's a blue visor you bought. It is as dark as it could be for visibility and a lot of our riders love it, but we totally understand personal preferences vary. And it came from the UK as you can clearly see from the tracking. You bought it on 3 Aug and received on 6 Aug. We are disappointed to see this from a repeat customer but thank you!

  Sent the wrong item, that took a week, quickly issued a returns label so that was sent back the same day Didn’t consider sending the correct item just wanted to refund the money, after 15 days I got the money back Decided not to re attempt the sale with this seller

  Thanks for your feedback and apologies for the mix-up with models which was purely unintentional as explained to with you over the message. As a result, we suggested you to return the wrong item back so you may reorder the item with the refund. As per eBay policy, we're required to issue a refund upon receiving the item back, otherwise eBay does it automatically. We issued the refund same day we received the item back and eBay usually processes refund within 3-5 working days as you are aware(?)
