  I must tell you there was no packing around the boxed shredder it came through post just as it was with postage labels stuck on it.. The Advert said cross cuts which is what I wanted The box says " cuts into 3mm strips " So did you send me the wrong one or do you not have Cross cuts as your Advert on the payment page specifys You should contact buyer if you do not have cross cuts in stock
