Large hole in box, which was hidden from view when accepting package. They were no longer in stock so need to return. The seller should provide paid return as this is damaged but have just given a postal address and no other details. I have purchased from this seller in the past and previously been fairly happy with customer service when there were issues but this time things are a little different so far?

I rang ninjas customer support and the offered me a brand new replacement to make up for the issues for the same price. Excellent company, I have several items from them and they always look after their customers and resolve any issues that may occur. Extremely happy with my appliance and buying extras.

Even though the item is described as refurbished it pretty much looks brand new. 10/10

When checked it out and found the handle.part of the mixer buttons dnt work. Otherwise all.works.well. I messages the seller as soon as I noticed this. Maybe day after. But so far no reply 2 days later. The condition and packing was really good. But item isnt working as said. Value for money would be great if it worked correctly. Looks good in appearance.

The packaging on the original one was a plainbox, with less protection than I would have expected. The fryer works really well, and the refurbished price is made it great value.
