    Item as described. Advised that it would be sent via Royal mail 48 and tracking number provided. Item marked as dispatched 23 Dec but I did not receive it until 6 Jan. Even with the Xmas and New year period this seemed excessive. Also it arrived in packaging from Amazon and there was no indication that it was sent by Royal mail as the tracking number is still showing as awaiting dispatch from seller. If delivery was as stated originally feedback would have been positive,
