It was packed excellently and with great care, completely buffered in the original box and then completely buffered in a bigger box. The price was also very fair for such a low shutter count.     It may not the speed of service, the accuracy of the description or the quality of the delivered item that counts when buying on eBay, but how the seller reacts when things go wrong. In this case the F-36 failed to work correctly and Noby's Camera were extremely understanding and helpful in resolving the problem. My faith in dealers was restored. Noby's Camera agreed to a sensible discount, allowing me to get the F-36 fixed in the UK. I would recommend Noby's Camera and will use them again.

    The item was absolutely as described. I was nervous about ordering something from the other side of the world, but shouldn't have been. FedEx delivered exactly when they said they would, and the whole process was faultless. While there was an issue with damage during transit for the carrying case, the seller was amazing about making it right.
