  Item arrived in three boxes and all were ripped and heavily battered causing damage to two pieces of the bed, thanks to the appalling handling and transportation by the DX courier service. But the seller has done everything to rectify the problem and immediately sent replacement bits. The bed frame itself is great and is easy to put together and is a highly recommended product. The seller’s communications were immediate, helpful and they sorted the courier related issues straight away. 🤩

  The Customer service was excellent, I had entered my postcode wrong when ordering, only realised on the day of delivery, but the helpful team managed to solve the issue for me. The bed was well made, colour as seen in the pictures. Easy to build and was impressed with the addition of a two-way screw tool for easy use. The bed looks and feels very solo and secure. Absolutely delighted with all aspects of this purchase. Highly recommended.

  Really nice quality bed which looks great. Slight issue with DX not taking care of the shipment and managing to destroy the headboard, but this was replaced swiftly with great service from Magda and Damian. Would highly recommend this furniture company.

  Bed is superb; really well made, cleverly designed when it comes to assembly and the instructions were also lovely and clear.
