    This item works as described and is good value for money, it easily covers white hair. Delivery was a bit slow at just over a week, I had to chase it up with the supplier. This seems to be the norm since Ebay changed to 'simple delivery' in Feb this year. I have had numerous slow deliveries and three non-deliveries over the past few months. It's getting to be annoying and I'm thinking twice about buying from Ebay these days. But otherwise no complaints about this particular supplier.

    Unfortunately our parcel got misplaced as delivery driver apparently left it when nobody was in, so item never received. In view of this, the company were really responsive to sort out getting a new item delivered or refunded and actioned it really quickly. They were very understanding and I was happy with their customer service. Would be happy to order from them again.
