    We bought item as new/open box but item arrived with tapped holes showing it had been previously installed. Contacted seller and he responded right away accepting the return & confirming they would provide FULL refund for item AND freight. After item shipped back, they asked for the original freight company to bill them directly and after the company sent the invoice we have not heard back. We are out over $250 for an item that was listed as new when it wasn’t. Hopefully we hear from them soon
