Packing was very battered -- BUT the contents are great - very fair postage for very heavy items (suspect that this is why the outer was battered). This seller is one of the best sellers that I have had the pleasure of purchasing from. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this seller again in the future. The X9R Marauder (Blue). X9R Miniture Cell Keychain Light (Blue) and Marauder 25,000 Lumens Coin all with matching serial numbers were as described in VGC. They arrived well packaged in a cardboard box as well as the hard plastic case. Postage was quick and fully tracked via DPD. The X9R is a BEAST. It looks awesome in Blue 👍.

Prompt responses to my (many!) requests & enquiries is much appreciated. Entirely not due to any fault of the seller, DPD's handling & delivery by uncaring, incompetent & rude driver, resulted in the cardboard container being mangled out of shape, dropped before me, broken open, with content protruding, & the item sustaining damage. On being advised of this, the seller phoned me immediately to apologise & organised an immediate refund. I would consider buying again if another courier is used.
