    I ordered what I thought would be a brushed copper radiator but once I saw that it wasn’t that colour I requested a return but, sadly due to being away I missed the return window by 2 days and so it was declined by the seller. They ignored my first message to them and offered no real customer service in response to my second email. So sadly I have to reflect my negative experience with them in my feedback.

    Outside of ebays return period. Item received matched images and description exactly (did not match in colour to a tap the customer had purchased from an alternative supplier) then threatened feedback regarding the return. A customer who believes that ebay policies do not apply to them.
