  Shipping from Japan to the USA was very fast. Once it was state side, DHL dropped the ball. They don't provide a delivery window, no way to contact unless you download Whatsapp. I've had good service with DHL, but this wasn't one of those times. Reel looked good as advertised. Well packed in plastic and wadded paper. It's too bad that the delivery service hurts the seller feedback. I'd still do business with again, but need to find a way to track delivery date and time.

  OMG!!! The shipping was super fast it arrived in 48 hour from Osaka Japan. The reel was a beauty & in great condition. Great service.
