  While there was great communication with the seller , the way the watch was packaged was something else , placing a pocket watch in a bubble wrap envelope didn't help , when delivered the courier put it through the letter box hence land on a hard wooden floor, the glass covering the face of the watch was broken , I did contact the seller who's replied " some of the items I've sold have been damaged during delivery before" it now going to cost me £127 to replace the glass , and fix the watch
