  This seller ~ OCTOPUS TRADER (or tyner-info) failed to deliver 2 x packs of 45 toilet rolls. My order was for TWO PACKS, for which I paid a total of *£35.62* (= 2 x £17.81) I contacted them, asked for the other pack to be delivered. They claimed I only ordered One. I sent them a copy of my order ... clearly showing "£35.26 and 2 items". They have claimed I only ordered one pack and had paid them ...."£24.72" .... which is not only WRONG but makes no sense regarding what I actually paid. CROOKS!!
