The item was in excellent condition, however it was sent in two boxes and I only received a tracking number for one. It was a bit of a concern when I opened a box with only half of a chair inside. I tried contacting the seller twice, but they have yet to respond, the chair came in decent shape, but the back rest staples are clearly falling out, I requested a replacement back, but have had nothing back from the seller. I will try to call the store. But for almost $500 I would expect the staples to not be half ripped out and hanging on by a thread right out of the box.
