Order didn’t turn up, so requested tracking no. Despite asking several times, this was still not forthcoming. Raised a eBay case requesting refund, and was told it got lost after dispatch. It was then sent via dpd, but tracking no. provided was incorrect, so couldn’t track 2nd consignment. It eventually turned up. Fire Angel’s customer service provided prompt responses, and tried their best to help, but it looks like we were both let down by their warehouse logistics.
