  So much better than expected! Sometimes, you get a great deal, and this one definetely was! The shipping was so fast (Shipped Monday from Japan, received Wednesday, eastern Canada, incredible!!). The few communications we had were very positive and keeping me inform of the process. Everything was packed with extreme care (the Japanese way). The item is exactly as described, I'd even say better than described. So fear not, this seller is a pro and they're not kidding!

  First the speed of delivery is amazing considering it’s coming from Japan. The item is as described and in amazing condition. It’s an amazing camera. All working correctly.   Great packaging, shipping was super fast, unfortunately we disagreed in the assessment of a defect mentioned in the description and the seller graciously honored return policy. I'm sorry it didn't work out this time, but the seller is great to deal with.

Keine Möglichkeit der Änderung des Tages der Zustellung in der App. Habe nach langer Warteschleife dann doch einen Menschen telefonisch erreicht und die Zustellung auf einen anderen Tag verschieben können. Aber was ist passiert? Das Paket wurde doch am ursprünglichen Tag versucht zuzustellen. Wieder keine Kommunikation möglich. No FedEx please
