  The item was in new packaging but had black marks on its head. The seller provided a timeframe for dispatch and when item would be received but missed this by three days and resulted in the toy being late for my son’s birthday. Seller offered a partial refund, which I agreed to, but this in itself has now taken 2-3 days after agreement. I said I would not leave negative feedback, but cannot possibly leave positive after this experience.
