    I am happy with the product and the seller. Not so happy with the delivery — or the courier company— Yodal. I requested they hand the package to me and they left it outside the door and didn’t even ring the doorbell. If I reorder I would request a different delivery company. But the seller responded promptly to my message and this was satisfying for me. Based on this interaction a reorder with the seller is most likely.

    "I received the product and was very excited but when I opened it up I actually found hardened lumps in it, although there were silica packs in it. The item was also within the expiry date. I couldn't understand why the lumps were in.I sent a msg to the seller, that I actually don't feel comfortable drinking it, I was offered a 10% discount.I replied that a 10% discount won't make me feel more comfortable drinking it.Can I return the item free of charge & get it replaced. No answer. Money wasted
