    I emailed prior to purchasing this product to ensure it was exactly as in picture and they confirmed yes. On receipt it was not so misrepresentation and not what I ordered and paid for (if I wanted what they actually sent I could have got much cheaper elsewhere), They said they would refund me and did not need to return product. Chased 2 times as no refund in my account yet. Will refer to ebay if do not get refund soon as not happy. If get me refund (have chased again today) will update.

    Item never arrived, seller said that Royal Mail had lost the parcel but the tracking number didn't appear to be valid as never updated. A replacement was posted and then a week later I was refunded, neither of the parcels ever turned up. I don't know if the wrong item was listed so the sale couldn't be honoured. Really disappointing as they have some great listings at great prices but does the stock actually exist.
