About us

Based in Norwich, UK, we are a shop that has proudly connected beloved teddy bears with careful owners for 35 years. All our once-loved bears are bought in person by our experts and verified for their quality.

We sell bears from private collections around the world, whether they are hand-made artist bears or manufactured bears from top names like Steiff, Merrythought, Dean’s, or Chad Valley. All our bears are scent- and allergen-free, undamaged, and clearly listed as what they are. We will never claim a bear is a particular brand when it is not, and we will never hide anything in our photographs.

The majority of our items will come complete with original labels and certificates, either from the artist or the manufacturer, and boxes where available, unless stated otherwise. They will be sent to you carefully wrapped for a safe delivery via courier.
