Seller immediately offered a full refund or replacement. Thankfully it arrived after Customs had sat on it. Items are as described and well packaged. I also really appreciated the note with the serial number of the sewing machine and 1901 date of manufacture that the shuttle case came from. I will happily buy from this seller again.
