    John was a lifesaver! I drink these religiously daily and they help with my disability. I noticed they were out of stock and messaged to check when they would be back.     Ordered 2 cans penetrating oil. Seller sent 2 tiny sachets of Koolaid. Initially though slow to respond seller offered refund. I said would prefer the items. Then he sent a message telling me to contact Royal Mail about the non delivery (obviously they were) followed up by one asking for photos of the things that weren’t delivered followed by silence. Contacted eBay who immediately arranged a refund. Good bad seller eBay excellent.
