  It was as described but I’ve never brought locks for caravans before Item Did not fit I was offered to keep it but I can’t use it so therefore, pointless then there’s no free returns policy and was only offered £1,65p back I would of accepted £5 but not £1.65 I would rather pay £5 to retune to receive full refund. Gave them 4 satays as item is good just not for my caravan plus communication was good and delivery was very quick just a shame returning wasn’t 4 stars
