  The bath shower door seal arrived as informed by the seller, delivered by Evri. Unfortunately, on opening the packaging the seal was damaged and not able to be used. The message informing the seller of this,with accompanying photographs, was quickly acknowledged with an immediate offer of a refund. I accepted the refund which appeared in my bank account 2 days later. A shame about the item,.but no complaints about the superb customer service.

  Had an issue with an order from ages ago which I'd not unpacked when it arrived (carrier had bent them and caused damage but I hadn't noticed as I'd left them wrapped in their plastic). Seller offered a very fair resolution given just how much time had passed since delivery so on that basis alone I'd highly recommend these guys to deal with. It's often when things don't go quite to plan you see the best in companies. Highly recommended ebayer.

  Seal would have been good but arrived all distorted poor storage ? . The seller was really good and refunded me
