    I received an empty envelope, no order or printed receipt, due to saving the trees, I contacted the seller straight away, who wasn't interested, sighting it was stolen by royal mail. The envelope wasn't sticky but wasn't tampered with, royal mail would only deal with the seller, but the seller isn't interested, I only have their word that they actually sent the product. The empty envelope was posted through my door by postman. Beware of this seller, eBay involved, still no product!

    Buyer contacted me with different stories saying post man handed it empty then it was posted tried to sort and then said wanted refund or new one it was sealed Royal Mail would of not delivered like that they put in a clear bag stating damaged so how do I know you haven’t had it everyone else happy for much higher value items x

    I was more worried after the item was with the courier as it took 5 days to deliver. Originally given Wednesday , possibly Thursday delivery, but it was late Friday night when it appeared. I contacted seller who sent all the tracking details immediately but it all worked out.
