  Arrived boxed, and in good condition seem the value for money, the appearance was of a Dyson battery, good quality and the seller was very helpful . When I encountered the problem . The sailor could not have been more helpful, and when I encountered a problem, the seller could not have been more helpful when we could not get the battery to what properly. The-seller Give me much advice and when this didn’t work, he returned my money without me having to ask, I would recommend the seller.

  Delivery was quick but sadly this item was faulty. However, I cannot praise the seller more for their fast response to my query and the swift way in which they solved the issue first offering me a replacement and then agreeing to a refund as I no longer required the item. Despite my item being faulty I would recommend them and certainly use them in the future.
