    Received Items as described and pictured. Nylon wheels are heavy and were shipped in a plastic shipping bag. The bag had torn open and was partially taped shut again. Heavy items should be shipped in better packaging to prevent loss. That being said, I did get what I ordered and I am a happy customer.
