    Thank you. My order was dispatched quickly in acceptable packaging. Unfortunately 3 pairs from the 9 were not in good order/they were damaged. I've contacted the seller, who offered 2 different solutions for me to choose from. On reflecting on the fact that I've purchased these from a hospice, I did not take up on any of the offers, but rather accepted the apology only. I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.
