    This wonderful seller and I had a nightmare trying to get this item to me in one piece. The courier broke 2 of them! This in no way reflects badly on the product as it’s very well made, it was also packaged very well, the fault here lies solely with the courier. This seller was professional and understanding.     Caution this is not a real Jelly Cat plush toy, it is a copy. The advert was in German so not sure if it states that brand is Jelly Cat, however, my daughter still fell in love with it and refused to return it rogues I can only leave a neutral review instead of negative. As far as the seller goes, fast postage and well packaged item so no complaints on that side. Just wish advert was in English as well.
