    Insoles were as required and a perfect fit for me. Brand new item and manufacturer as stated, not a copy as some others are. Excellent value for money from this seller, best I’ve seen. Slight problem with delivery but once the seller was contacted they resolved the issue immediately and dispatched a replacement item very quickly.     I was sent an empty unsealed envelope with no item in it. Contacted the seller for a replacement 4 weeks later still waiting. Would not deal with this person again. I have 100% rating and would not argue over a £5 item but it's the principle. Here are the pictures of the unsealed envelope.

    I was shocked when my derma roller arrived with no protective packaging. The pins were literally poking through the paper and shipping bag! This is a serious safety issue, as this product is meant to be used on the skin, and any contamination could pose a risk. I expected better quality control—this is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend purchasing unless they improve their packaging. I have contacted the seller and they have offered me 25% off my next purchase and no refund! 🥲
