    They were unable to deliver the item on time, so they warned me that was the case, offered me the option to cancel, and issued me a refund with no fuss when I opted to do that. So, although I didn't get the item, I appreciate the seller's honesty and straight dealing on this.

    cant comment on how durable and heavy duty yet, but seems fine and time will tell. Can say a really good seller. Problem with original item sent, and seller resolved it really well, with excellent communication, immediate despatch of replacement and no returns issues with original. And its when you have problems you find out just how decent the seller is.

    Items arrived today, slightly late but Royal mail is not what it used to be. No tracking information at all. I don't believe that they are made by Statik as there name doesn't appear on their packaging. But they work as required. So I am happy overall. The 1st photo below is what I received today. The 2nd photo is a previous order.
