I bought 1 1/4" handlebars. They were 1" Handle Bars only necked up at the mount point. After numerous emails they wanted me to pay to send them back to China. I requested they change the listing to reflect the correct dim's. Now it looks better. Be careful when buying from this seller. When I contacted EBAY they agreed with me and wanted me to work with them. But the last person I spoke with finally was unhelpful and closed the case. BE CAREFUL
