    Nice diecuts, and it was my 2nd order from this seller, but had truly poor communication this time. I received the wrong item, so I requested replacements. Did not hear anything from seller for 9 days. Then it took 17 more days to get those replacements. During that time I messaged four times to request ETA for new diecuts - about every 4 or 5 days. Zero response. Just plain discourteous. Will not order here again.
