    Terrible customer services. No where in the description does it say you’ll need to purchase locks separately. Made two phone calls with no call back. Eventually messaged and waited a day for a reply to tell me I’d need to buy the lock set separately. For an additional £48. When most other sellers sell them with locks. Upside is the panniers are in new condition and delivered very quickly.
