Unfortunately I didn’t receive the confetti balloon as advertised, and rose gold came as gold. Packaging wasn’t suitable for the contents. The cardboard box was over filled, possibly causing the cardboard edge to slice the latex creating balloons to burst when filling with air. Would recommend placing in a separate bag before placing in the cardboard packaging.

How do I supposed to know which is which? Contacted seller but not helpful. Super overpriced for a bunch of “normal” balloons”. Images should be images of the product and not fake images that lead us to buy something that is not. Truly disappointed. Please see attached the image of what I got for £9.99! Will not buy from this seller again.

A lovely display and all I received was balloons and an arch strip. Also clicked to add free foil curtain which wasn't received. Messaged seller to say I was disappointed to which they said it clearly states only balloons will be sent however I can't see this anywhere. No offer to send foil curtain. Only resolution was to offer a partial refund which I am yet to recieve. Some of the balloons had holes also!
