This seller does not have a support service in the UK. Instead, they employee a support centre abroad, on a completely different time zone. As a result, support cases advance slowly, as the support centre representative replies during the night time here in the UK. The replies are polite but not productive, as they do not read the previous messages and offer generic, unhelpful and frustrating responses. After a couple of weeks of frustration, I had to contact eBay support to get my refund.
