  Item sold an New, Open Box when in fact it was used. Missing items and packaging. Signs of use and wear on the item. Condition did not match photos in the listing. Speaker produces a progressively louder hiss noise. Seller stopped responding after first email or two. Going through eBays return process and expect I'll have to ask eBay to step in to issue the refund.

  Item didn’t arrive on due date, communication from seller was very poor, just changed the description to say delayed. Opened case with Ebay which seemed to get things sorted out. On the plus side, item is better than described and its a shame communication wasn’t better as it spoilt the experience, and results in a lower feedback rating. There was an apology from seller for the delay after the parcel delivered, pity not so quick on the first contact.
