    I did not receive the monitor i bid for as there was a stock issue, a equivalent make and model was sent so as to conform with ebay policy. The monitor was fine and the seller offered to replace it if for the correct make, I refused their offer. The monitor was only £30 and it seemed a lot of hassle repacking and reposting for something that was not that expensive. I would buy from them again as they did respond quickly to my messages and were helpful.

    The description of the monitor totally met the goods I received. It was a good value for money purchase. Delivery was fast. I ordered the monitor on a Friday (early afternoon) and it arrived well packaged at 2pm on the Monday. You can't beat that for an inclusive fee delivery. Would I go back to PCS4U UK again, 100% yes

    Great comms, great packaging, and super fast delivery. 1st one I ordered, Mic didn't work. Returned. This one had Win 10 installed, not 11 as advertised, hardware not suitable for update to 11. Returned. No quibble refunds both times. Bought 3rd elsewhere. TBF Seller has apologised profusely and assured me all laptops will be double checked before despatch going forward

    One of the best sellers ever! I received motherboard in quick time at great price but after trying a few times it didn't work. I texted the seller and he responded in no time and sent me out a free replacement with 2 new sticks of RAM. I couldn't recommend this seller enough. A+++
