Excellent seller! Product description is accurate. Says it's new and it's absolutely new and never sprayed. I have encountered cases where people say it's new but it has been tested or used. Not with this seller! Also, the package was stuck on its way for a few days and the seller proactively contacted the post office to locate it and get it moved again. This is someone you can trust!

The seller was extremely gracious and communicated throughout my own mistake with my shipping address (there's an identical address, but one number in the zip code off and only about a 1 mile down the street- so I know to check every time for autocorrect issues). But they resent the package and everythign was taken care of very quickly. Like- within 2-3 days so that was amazing. It's hard to find No5 Elixir at a reasonable price, so this was a stelllar experience all around. Many Thanks!

Not sure why this was listed as new but also used, was kind of confusing! Still, I knew this prior to purchasing. Packaging could have been better as well. Just wrapped in a napkin and loose in shipping box with no bubble wrap, etc to protect it. Overall as described though and good seller!
