  These place cards are good value being nicely made and clearly printed. The whole transaction is easy. You purchase the number and colour required and send a list of names to be printed after which you receive a link to a form giving choices of font etc. Choose what you want and shortly after you get a link to a sample to view. If you like the sample you say you want to proceed with the order and a few days later the cards arrive, carefully packed. All very simple and straightforward.

  I could not have been happier with my wedding invites & info cards. I actually cried when I opened them. I LOVE them. I do sometimes get sceptical purchasing from eBay but every single thing about these is true, they do look exactly as advertised, they do keep making any changes you ask for then send a preview to check, packaged unsealed all in envelopes, received sooner than expected. worried the white may be an off white colour but it wasn't it's bright white & beautiful.   While the quality of the product is great, the seller never responded to my messages (i had to go to the website to find the telephone and email) and the dispatch time is much longer than expected (i believe it is stated on the listing so i won't leave a negative review, but i didn't notice it). I have spoken to Isabelle who is very helpful, but feel there is a couple of things they could improve here.

  I’m glad that you liked our sample pack! Our delivery time for samples is typically 1-3 working days, but yours took a little longer as you’d requested an additional, bespoke item—which required us to create a matching design, a service we don’t usually offer with samples. We apologise for the trouble you had reaching us on eBay; we were experiencing technical issues with the account at the time (all sorted now!). Fortunately, when you reached out via email and phone, you could see that.
